Additionally, the owner of Desert Living Home Watch provides regular property inspections for absentee homeowners, including maintenance checks, vendor management, emergency response coordination, concierge, and more. 

I have over 50 years of experience in the Real Estate and Finance sector holding various executive positions of leadership & management. My roles and responsibilities during those experiences have tailored me to be fit for optimal client services, managing & operating desired results, and most importantly, achieving the end goal of "Client Satisfaction".

I reside in Monterey Country Club, an Air Force veteran, Master Mason, Indio Lodge #476—a very proud father of three, grandfather of six, and great-grandfather of two. Family comes first; when time permits, my pastime is golf, bowling, boating, theater, travel, and cooking.
